LE weather mod request

I've been exposed to a few downpours while running around skyrim but something seemed to be missing.

Despite all the eye candy the game has it's lacking what morrowind had, flashes of light during a thunderstorm.

Maybe I'm mistaken and just haven't seen it yet but if not I'd love if someone could tweak around and come up

with a mod.
