singjai108 Posted February 28, 2017 Share Posted February 28, 2017 (edited) The cloaks featured in this mod were the main reason I installed it--in regular Skyrim, the cloaks were my favorite part of this mod. But the cloaks are not showing up at all: NPCs are not wearing them, even north of Winterhold. in the driving snow. And getting a Sleek Fur Cloak off a Bandit Chief makes for a nice piece of loot. But, no cloaks. There is a power associated with gear in this mod: "equip the Options: Wet and Cold power and shout to configure" But the power doesn't bring up a configuration menu, nor does it seem to have any other effect, other than hitting "Z" a second time producing the muffled sounder indicating there hasn't been enough time between shouts (or enough magicka or enough stamina). I've posted on the mod page with no response. I'll happily take any constructive suggestions you may have. Thanks.
