On Fallout 4's Mod Page there is a mod called "Preston knows you don't love'em"

(No space between love'em)

This mods says it stops the conversation after two times of it happening.

Late to the party.. for future viewers, there is a simple console command:

setav ca_wantstotalkromanceretry 0

 

If you wanted to get the dialogue back at a later time, just set it back to 1- You can always check the value with getav instead. No mod required!
