BigDaddyRat Posted March 1, 2017 Share Posted March 1, 2017 I've been having trouble with the game, so I disabled all plugins, uninstalled NMM and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Now I cannot modify some aspects of my character when I try to build a new character (no eyebrows, cannot change makeup and skin tone, etc. WTF??
