Craft your own weapons and armor mod?

Hi,

I`m wondering if there is a mod where you can craft your own weapons and armor without visiting the right smith all the time?

I still only want to craft them after I`ve found the diagram and not have acces to everything at once. Couldn`t find anything so thanks in advance.
