Alathe
I also have this question. I'm just barely beginning work on a mod, but I'd like to package it with the options menu thing that OMODs/FOMODs use. I know you can do it for Skyrim, because I've seen other mods with it (Like SKYUI for example). I just have no clue how to do it. Any help? scrivener07
Well if your serious heres the only installer tutorial Ive ever found http://hammondslegacy.com/obmm/scripts.aspIts all written in C# so heres the msdn reference. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/618ayhy6(v=vs.71).aspx edit: nexus bombed the link, copy and paste without the space http://msdn.microsoft.com /en-us/library/618ayhy6(v=VS.71).aspxTo get up and going the fastest feel free to modify and tinker with my installer script http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4929If you want to use the sounds make sure to ask someone from the Skyui team because they arnt mine. For testing, NMM package manager works but if you want to get compiler errors so you can debug your script download fallout mod manager and test your scripts in that. The guy that wrote NMM also wrote obmm and fomm so the same installer functions work the same whatever your testing with. If you get going with this and run into trouble make a new thread.
