Custom NPC enemies respawning as invisible foxes. HELP

I have a large quest mod I'm trying to complete and ran into a rather odd bug when testing. Anyway theres a group of npc's enemies that i already killed but when i returned to fight them again they are all invisible foxes or skeavers or something, i can't really tell which. I've tried everything i can think of and can't figure this out. I've made plenty of respawning enemies that work just fine and made these the same way. Actually there is one difference, this particular group of npc's are in a guild with faction ranks but i fail to see how this would be the issue.

Any help would be great thanks people.

Still haing this issue??? Please help. These respawning npc's have a template and the template npc has a subcharactor that's just a brunch of leveled npc's but i'm only using the Traits tab to give the random npc effect so they look different every time they respawn.

So yea i've got other enemy npcs made the same way but they work fine. These particular npc's actually respawn into invisible foxes???. They are invisible so i can't really tell what they are but i'm assuming it's a fox since a fix is the default race and also is invisible for some reason.
