SSE Looking for a mod to change where weapons are placed on the character

I know they exist, but I'm having a hard time finding them using tags/categories and search. If there isn't a comprehensive or extensive (in terms of options provided) mod available and I'm completely missing it, is there a possibility of someone porting a mod over from Vanilla?
