My Pip-Light is goofing up

My piplight does weird things like randomly not lighting up surfaces; I can tell the light is still on, because it's casting light back at my own character, but the wall is essentially pitch black. I have tried turning off my various lighting mods, and that did not solve the problem. So now I'm looking for information on where the problem could lay.
