IBN5100
I renamed the Skyrimprefs.ini file to Skyprefs but I can't find the other file you mentioned. I have had this Beta driver for a long time because I play Battlefield 3 and I always get the newest drivers as soon as they come out. Well, I did only mention those two files.Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.ini should be renamed to something, like Skyrim.ini.bak and Skyrimprefs.ini.bak to remember more easier. Also did you enable the option to show file extensions on your computer?
brownie689
I re verified my files and steam downloaded and replaced a bad file and the game still gives the exact same error. Do you think I should just redownload the whole game again?
IBN5100
I think this may have something to do more with your operating system than your game... ntdll.dll is a system file after all. I am going to assume that you have updated your operating system, I'm really not sure what the problem is... Though you could give a shot at reinstalling, just make sure to save your saves.
