[LE] I want to shoot cheese wheels

I want to make a spell that shoots cheese wheels with various effects using custom audio. Can someone tell me how to do this or at least point me in the right direction for guides please? I am a complete modding noob but interested in learning. I've been searching for hours on how to do this but all I find is the typical beginner spell creation, which basically just tells you how to add different effects to already existing spells.
