Game closes when Mirmulnir is going to land in the ground

Yeah, like the title say, the guy is flying, shouting, landing in the broken ruins around the tower, but when he will attempt to land in to the very ground/road... boom!!! game closes, no message, it simply close and i can't figure out why or what, i tried plenty of things, but no luck, hope someone can help me find what i'm missing xDDDD :sad:.

Additional info: I used this guide to do the things: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76373/? and no i don't use enb. PC specs? not a potato but not a great one too, just something average, anyway i have all my textures checked and optimized, i don't think that's an issue, i don't have fps problems too.
