Noob needs help with skyrim

Installed skyrim special edition.... The first menu comes up with normal grey text... When I click play game the main menu comes up in a yellow off white colour which continues into the game a yellow tint on dialogue text and everything... I uninstalled asus overwolf and the main menu went back to normal grey then I clicked the mouse screen went black for few seconds then went yellow again.... Any ideas what could be?
