Skyrim Mailbox System?

I have had an idea for a while now which would be really really awesome and benefit the entire community, providing it is indeed possible to make.

 

Here is the idea:

 

Have a mailbox at all the houses in the game(plus provide way for mods to add it)

When you check the mailbox you would see mail from the authors of the mods you are using.

This could include news about updates, instructions on how to do something, or just jokes/stories for fun.

This would require probably an exe or launch modification that downloads a new esp file everytime the game is run. (to update the mail in the box)

 

 

I think this would be an awesome tool to provide modders with.

Comments/thoughts on this mod or how to actually implement it and make it work?
