Finalizing FCOM installation

It's taken like a week of repeatedly going back and fixing things I did wrong and figuring out the correct .esps, but I'm almost done!

 

I have a few questions about these .esps

 

Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp

Note: Use Standalone MOBS if using Frans or OMOBS if using FCOM/OOO. Both versions can be found here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28537

Why is it telling me about MOBS here?

I had the wrong MOBS .esp installed at one time, and it was named like "Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch" or something, so I'm confused why or if this is MOBS or the actual UOP. I used the .exe installer for all unofficial patches if it means anything.

I couldn't find this one on the Expanded Load Order page

So I'm just curious if it's what I need.

 

Francesco's Optional Chance of Stronger Bosses.esp

Francesco's Optional Chance of Stronger Enemies.esp

Francesco's Optional Chance of More Enemies.esp

I remember removing a couple other mods that were similar in some way because they affected the game in a way that was potentially negative towards the original intentions. Would these fall under that category too?

And might "More Enemies" conflict with "Spawn Rates Reduced"?

Will these conflict?

 

Mart's Monster Mod - Extra Wounding.esp

I can't remember why I wasn't sure about this one. Good to go?

 

 

Also, I don't have to clean all those dirty edits right?

Oh and is there a mod that lets you take/move all of an item without having to pan the mouse back and forth to the confirmation box repeatedly?
