Strange transparent squares suddenly appeared

Hey, so as title says weird squares now in my game, no idea why:

• Already played for about half an hour
• Was only running down a road on my horse
• From what I can tell is a dome around my character
• The dome follows me around even through fast travel
• Have tried clearing the weather so I don't think it's rain
