Kvatch County Guard request

Hey whats up, this is Mr. Haha from the elderscrolls.com forums. I have an idea about a mod, the Kvatch county guard. The story should go something along the lines of: With Kvatch destroyed and most of the guards destroyed with it, There are no guardsmen patrolling the county. Bandits and Goblins have claimed county Kvatch as their home. Salvian Mattius has called on somebody in his family to take care of the county guard and the bandits. Salvian has requested to High Chancellor Ocato that if he can find a new county captain, would the elder counsel pay for a new base to be built for the county captain (Salvian would still be in the castle ordering his guards to "rebuild" Kvatch), Ocato would accept his offer. The base was built and it had an office, a jail, and a barracks,but its not nothing huge. The guy that Salvian first got for the job gets killed, and then he realizes the danger. If you go back to castle Kvatch he will offer you the chance to become captian since he knows nobody else tough enough to take the challenge. You have the power to arrest people but you must be in county Kvatch to arrest people. The guy before you already recruited 5 guards but the people of City Kvatch that are your friends would gladly serve. You get a private chamber. Also when you take somebody to jail you tell them to wait in their cells and the cell door instantly locks when its closed. You could recruit new guards via the black horse courier, by talking to the guy in the black horse courier office. About a day after you run the ad in the black horse courier, new guards would arrive. There should be a dispatcher in the office of your base that tells you of your missions. You should be able to use the prisoners as body guards. There should be a patrol topic when you tlk to the guards that begins where you tell them to patrol and ends when you tell them to quit. These should cover just about everything for a perfect guard mod.

 

Can somebody please make this, I cant do it becauest cs keeps crashing and i dont really know how.

I'd say DL County Kvatch, Kvatch Guard Towers (Yes, that's my mod :P) & Kvatch aftermath/Kvatch rebuilt. you have some county experience then :) Atleast around Kvatch
