Getting Buggy Physics even at 60fps and below

Hello,

 

Been trying to resolve this issue for a couple of days now. What happens is, even at 60 fps or below I get the physics bug, I get killed by props by walking over them, carriages go flying, mobs spawn in the sky and fall to their death, etc. I thought that since I have a 144hz monitor that VSync auto locked my fps to 144, but even when I lock my fps through Rivatuner and it displays that I am getting 60 fps the bug still happens. I have also tried limiting my fps through my ENB and limiting it through windows by locking my monitor itself to 60hz, but to no avail.

 

My specs are:

AMD FX-6300

 

R9 280x
