Custom Made Armor Crahes when Worn!!

Krazz

Hi people of the forums! I have a problem :(

I've made some adjustments for a few clothes to better suite a particular body type. I've done this before and it worked like a charm but for some reason when i do it now a problem occurs!, the clothes Crashes my game when i try to wear it! This is really odd! I even got the previous model I MADE and WORKED in-game(Still currently playing with it!!); imported it to max and then exported it again with no adjustments and theoretically that should still be fine with a little texture replacing in nif and that's it! Unfortunately its crashes my game now. I don't understand, I've tried everything i know!. Am i forgetting something!?. As the procedure goes as i remember:

1: Import clothes_0.nif to 3Ds Max 2012 Checking both important boxes "Import Skeleton" and "Skin Modifier", and other's

2: Align my mesh to the vanilla's mesh and use Skin Wrap Modifier on it. That adds the vanilla mesh's skin modifier info to my mesh and ticking "Weight all vertices" (Important)

3: Added BSDismember Skin Instance; Selected my whole mesh and left it.

4: Right now, everything seems done; tested my own custom mesh by moving the bones and the mesh moved accordingly. As usual everything seems fine!; deleted the vanilla mesh in Max and Exported it.

5: Nif tools export screen pop's up and the boxes are checked correctly Important ones would be export skin modifier, sort nodes etc

6:Then the the little baby touch ups in nifskop, replacing existing texture info with the vanilla ones and changing path's from there, deleting any NiMateril's and Checking BSDismember block and setting correct number's and so on.

Right now everything should be game worthy. And when i use the item. Crashed! :wallbash:

I need help please! :(

If you guys need any more info i will be glad to give it!
