Simple question about CK and Saved Games

Scenario: Found a custom follower mod. The custom follower's combat class is spellsword.

 

First, I install this mod, find this follower in game, have her join me. Now I save the game as save001 and quit the game.

 

Now I open the mod in CK, changes her combat class to two-hand Warrior, save the change.

 

Then I go back in game, and load the save file save001 and play the game.

 

Will this follower's combat class be her original spellsword, or two-hand warrior?
