Flickering water

Hi

 

I have played with all these mods for quite som time with no problem but now when i play i get flickering water and i have tried to reinstall all water mods, and i have wrye bash patch and tes5 merged patch.

I had before remove shadows and colurfull light and no shadows mod that i have removed and i have not changed anything in the ini file. I have also cleand the saved file from havok, formlist and lose scripts with no luck. I need help from someone who might know what the problem is. thanks in advance
