When ever you heal dogmeat with a stimpack. Dog meat morphs into the mutanable mutt. Granting dog meat various chem bonuses. I suggest picking stackable chems for multiple levels of the perk. Just a little something to make dog meat A little more interesting. Also I think each level of the perk should be found in a comic book like the mutanables or something similar. Thus letting the player have a few more items to easter egg hunt in the game.
