I think it must have been this way since I uploaded it, and is most likely a bug because I got some sort of weird error message the first time I tried, which resulted in me creating a second submission entry immediately after. I deleted my first submission once I realised what had happened, and even though I was able to upload the files, screenshots etc. and people have been able to DL my mod, the discussion has remained locked this whole time, though Im just now realising it because its my only mod without a single comment.
