Perfectly good mods, now crashing

I've had a lot of mods on SkyrimNexus, but as of until the 27th of January, they have all worked. I haven't uploaded any recent mods in a good week or two and have played Skyrim plenty of times beforehand and not had it screw up. The stranger thing is when trying to filter out the mods, ones that don't even seem possible to cause a crash do. {For example: Rich Merchants mod, which all it does is add 2000 gold to all merchants, crashes suddenly after working for two months}

 

Did Steam do another patch, is it a bug, or what? I really need to know because it's making re-installing some of these mods tedious not knowing what simple ones can crash and some of more complex ones can't.
