New to Mods

I've downloaded Diano's armor mod, and I can't seem to find it in my inventory. I've heard that that is where I'm to find it, but it's not there. Am I looking in the wrong place? Do I have to go somewhere to get it or do I have to buy it from NPC or something? Right now I'm running an HRA body and F-IN texture for skin (suggestions on what is better skin wise would be very helpful)

 

Also, suggestions for sexy, sensual, high-quality armor/clothing would be amazing.

 

Another thing, I was wondering where I can get a compilation of a sexy female animations including basically everything (walk, run, stand, weapon mode, etc). I just need suggestions please.

 

I think that sums it up for now.

I'm really just confused about downloading these mods and all the mods that I need to download for one mod to work and so on and so forth, seems like such a hassle lol.

As a foreword, you should expect somewhat of a "hassle" when you delve into modding. It's practically expected, and with more experience the more natural it will seem.

 

However, I do think that I can help you with your animation/clothing desires. It may require you changing to HGEC body (I'm not even familiar with HRA?) but I think you will enjoy the end result.

 

First off, before I can help you, have you ever heard of BBB?

Thank you for replying, your time is much appreciated. I have BBB all set up, although I am still working on finding the right BBB animation to match the type of body I have(will have). I've seen HGEC, but it looks pretty default/normal to me so I didn't pick it up, but I may not be looking at the right thing or there are some improvements you can make to them. The HRA is H-cup Round Ass body from BBB Body Compilations found here http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=35358

I am all for changing to HGEC if I can choose a breast and ass size for it.

 

I will certainly look for the arena, thank you much for that!

 

I am also using OBMM, if that can assist you in helping me further. :)

 

Edit: I found a download in that compilation for HGEC, I downloaded it and compiled a folder of the files that I wanted, as it told me to do, and plugged them into the direct OB folders - it works :) Also, I looked for the Diano armor boxes at the arena, and they are not there. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong now... :(

The answer is yes and yes; or at least I think you may have missed some things you would enjoy! More on that later though. I think the first thing you are looking for is (sexy) animation. With BBB already installed, this is the easy part. although I did just realize (upon closer inspection) that some animation mods I knew of are hidden or no longer in existence. To start, I suggest you start here. MAKE SURE TO READ THE DESCRIPTION! ;) There are a lot of valuable links that you may be interested in within the description. Also the mod itself is an OMOD and it includes your HRA body (among others). Worth looking at.

 

I don't believe this is referenced in the above mod, but you may be interested in it as well.

 

Let me know when/if you have decided on an appropriate animation mod and then I will tell you about HGEC "improvements" (various body types at your disposal) and possible clothing/armor that you may enjoy.

I just read your edit, and a couple things:

 

First, post links to the diano armor (just to make sure that we are on the same page) and this hgec compliation mod you are talking about. A common mistake among new modders is to expect OBMM to be able to make everything into an omod. To make an omod you have to have a script, which it sounds like you are lacking. You will probably have to manually install the files. Also, have you made sure that the .esp for the diano armor is checked? Otherwise (if it is checked) it should show up without any hitch.

 

Edit: Sounds like you solved the HGEC compilation issue so ignore the above text that applies to it.

Looking through the HGEC options I was offered, I came to rest with E-cup LL ass downloaded from http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=35358, the body compilation downloads.

 

Also, I've already installed Coronerras Maximum Compatibility Skeletons, not sure what else is necessary to get on the HGEC Body with BBB v1dot12 description links.

 

I downloaded HGEC Body with BBB v1dot12, this file to be precise: HGEC_Body_with_ BBB_v1dot11, does this mean I don't need the Body Compilation of E-cup LL ass from the Body Compilation page?

 

The HGEC Body with BBB v1dot12 is an omod, which is supposed to be better I hear, but everytime I double-click it to add it directly to OBMM, it doesn't go in there. :O

(I mean, I have my HGEC body set up and the BBB animation, so if I don't need this mod, then I have those..)

 

 

The only animation mod I see is MAO and all I see are fighting and walking animations, but I am looking forward to having an idle animation as well. :(

 

 

I will keep the NPC animation link for later, but I mostly want to try and cram my brain with mods to my character specifically.

Also, not sure if all of the above things I've need help on are relative and I might need different mods for this, but I'd like to get more races/hair/skin/eyes as well. I've tried downloading some hair, but it hasn't worked.

 

The F-IN Skin has worked to make her look good for now, but I'd like a bit more style, but maybe I'm not sure how to explore the complexities of the F-IN mod.

Specifically what kind of animations are you looking for? Be a bit more specific.

 

Also I don't suggest just randomly downloading things and possibly installing them as it sounds like you are doing. I can promise you that you will end up hurting yourself that way. Just take some time to read up the descriptions (thats why they are there) and install only one thing at a time. It's obvious to me that you are still not reading the descriptions very carefully and eventually you are going to accidentally install something that you will regret.
