My issue is that the game will launch, but it won't load up fullscreen or launch fully if that makes sense? I can hover over the icon on the taskbar and see the game loading but it won't go fullscreen so it isn't playable. Another issue is that there is an endless loop when I try to start a new game. (Before the first problem happened.)

I'm still an amateur when it comes to installing mods. Everything seemed to be working fine before I ran the original game launcher to disable AA for my ENB and after that the game wouldn't launch correctly.

If you guys have any fixes or tips on adding mods/troubleshooting mod errors or what I should do, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

*UPDATE*

I got the game to run by re-optimizing it with Nvidia Geforce and I updated to the latest game driver, but now i'm not sure .ini files are messed up now since they were reverted. Also I still can't start a new game and I don't have any old saves so it's literally unplayable at the moment.
