Player Character Smile

I'd like to give my player character a cheesy grin rather than the subtly understated "happy" look available in the standard player appearance choice screens. Does anyone know of a way (hopefully suitable for a noob) to do this?

Why do you want it on the choice screen if I may ask? Is it so that your PC can look like that after you finish creating it? I know no other way to achieve this other then what kingtitan stated. But there is a way for you to make your PC to have smile (happy), angry, sad and scared look with this mod after creating your character of course. http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=15124
