dual spells and charging them

i want some dual spells and i want to charge them and keep going like flames

Duel spells can't be made, trust me, I tried requesting them before and people who replied explaining that it can't be done. However, someone did make a charge mod, aka hold down cast spell, and release to cast a more powerful spell depending on how long you hold the cast button.

A bit of a warning though, you need to keep this mod at the bottom of your mod list, do not place any other mod under it, or else it might glitch up and not work correctly.
