Light sources randomly turning off...

I'm not sure if this is a mod issue or a vanilla game issue. I only noticed it after installing mods, but none of them should affect lighting.

 

Mods I'm using are:

COMPILATION (no alpha files)

The Butcher of Blaviken

Lore-friendly Yennefer Eyes

Sort Everything

True 3D Sound

Grass 420

And Supreme to Extreme graphics options.

 

I have antisotropic filtering set to 16x via nVidia Control Panel.

 

I've tried setting all my in-game settings to "high" but this issue still occurs--as I pan the camera around, I can see the lights turns off just as they leave my field of view, and it's very obvious and annoying.

 

Any thoughts?
