[LE] CK Startup Error

Hi guys! Recently, I started a worldspace project and used two other mods as plugin files. It worked fine. I closed CK and opened it the next day. When I loaded CK, I got a pop up

File:..\TES Shared\FileIO\TESDataHandler.cpp

Invalid Y coord passed to TESDataHandler::NewCell

 

Now, I have gotten this error before but I fixed it by reinstalling CK. But I don't really want to do that this time. I know there error is caused by bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 or SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Hearthfires.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa. I have those lines in my Skyrim.ini. Any ideas?

If I get it right, this error appears because of a problem with the new cell, so reinstalling the ck can't resolve that problem. Load your esp in TESVEdit and clean it. Check for errors. Another way is to click on your mod in ck and click the details button. Look through your datalist and set the delete flag to the possible troublemaker and load your esp after that in ck. Repeat it, until you've found the wrong data and the esp loads. BEFORE doing any of these things, save your work!
