It adds to the atmosphere, but doesn't give you the feeling that everyone just stands around waiting for you to come by, so they can fulfill their life's purpose and force a quest on you, as with numerous other NPCs. HOWSE Posted February 1, 2012 Author Share Posted February 1, 2012 I like the fact that these little events occur in the game. it adds a type real world distraction where you're fighting and out of the corner of your eye this guy just rides by and you get distracted long enough to be smacked by an enemy, lol.
