Help with graphic glitch Windhelm

Guys i really need help with a graphic glitch that is pestering me for months now, i don't know how to solve it.

 

So basically i'm experiencing this trouble with some stretched triangles that looks generating from a specific point, but when i try to approach the source, they vanish to appear at some other position.

I used NMM and LOOT to sort load order, also i cleaned the master files and checked for inconguencies, LOOT seems to be completely clean, no errors, no dirty plugins, no nothing but i really can't understand. I thought it could be Open Cities but i had this very same graphic problem in Skaal village too!

That is a corrupt file, if it always occurs in the same place then its permanently corrupted file that needs to be replaced but if it happens at random anywhere in the world your GPU is having issues (usually see this with bad overclocks if its a GPU issue or maybe card is bust).

Thank you for the answer.

I'm pretty sure my GPU is well and healty, it's a GTX 970 and i didn't overclock it.

 

Can it be a corrupted save? I had many problems and i had to uninstall Skyrim SE, dispose of my old saves then i started anew reinstalling all the mods following septim directives, plus more that you can find in the list above.

I got the same problem, always in Windhelm.

 

Also i switched from Dolomite Weathers to Vivid Weathers mid-game because it looks better IMO, but i don't think it's that.

 

Besides, the glitch appears also in Skaal village. The problem is it appears also with new characters at some point, mostly windhelm.

 

Any suggestion on how to check if the file is corrupted and how to fix it?

Well if you reinstalled/reverified the game, my only thoughts is its a resource with a mod.

 

Can you get some more shots of the objects that are leaking pls?

Sorry for the late reply.

 

So far i had no problems in Windhelm anymore, except for some misplaced items at the market and such, but i think that's caused by me cleaning up the master files after i started the game; it looks like the whole cell got up on the Y axis a little bit thus misplacing the items.

I used this tool to cleanup my saves and everything turned out ok. Well, almost.

 

If i get to that problem again, i'll shoot a short video.
