I'm looking for a Mod (NPC Inventory completely unlocked upon death).

I'm looking for a Mod that when an NPC dise their entire inventory becomes unlocked.

 

Example (involves NPC's Travel Mod)

 

Traveling down road and run into an NPC and trade items then, 2 min's later DeathClaw kills NPC. When I check said NPC's body I do not find the money or items I traded him and his inventory does not have what he originally had to sell me.

 

do you see what I'm saying here? A chunk of their inventory seems to be locked away from me upon their death. Is their a way to prevent this from happening.

that is because merchant npc's do not have what they are selling in their inventory

its actually kept in a chest/box usually deep underground
