Halororor Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 I found it listed in the accomplishments/bounty/fame/infamy or whatever screen and was just wondering if anybody could tell me what it was.
LoginToDownload Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 During persuasion, it ticks that up when you select the "Joke" option.
ninja_lord666 Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 During persuasion, it ticks that up when you select the "Joke" option. So, essentially, it's useless.
ninja_lord666 Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 You have no sense of humor.Nope, a vampiric murder typically doesn't. :D
Halororor Posted April 8, 2008 Author Posted April 8, 2008 Ok. But why would anybody want to know how much jokes you told. They could just have said times persuaded imstead. If you play the persuasion mini-game it's obvious you are inevitably going to tell a joke, there is no avoiding it.
ninja_lord666 Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 ...there is no avoiding it.Or IS there!? Seriously, though, I don't know why it's there. Maybe they were going to add other things, but decided not to but forgot to take this out.
GenghisKhanIT Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 I am curious to what kind of jokes a paid assassin could tell to a guard...
Sypron Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 I think its for a bit more immersion. 'Times persuaded' seems a bit odd, as persuading someone (in reality) comes in many forms. I think they added 'Jokes told' as a way of tracking persuasion because its sounds normal (although I don't know who the hell would COUNT that). By the way, if there are other things in that list that break immersion I've forgotten about them.
