LE Dual Wield Two-Handed Weapons Perk

I've had this idea for a while and finally got around to making a topic about this after seeing a newly uploaded mod of a weapon that shows two two-handed swords crossed on your back (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=7391), however, you can't wield both of them, only one. I'm sure you will need the Creation Kit in order to do this, but how about making a perk that allows you to dual wield two-handed weapons? I'm sure many of you are currently reminded of the World of Warcraft warrior talent that allows this, so that's pretty much one place I got the idea, lol. Obviously, the perk would go under the Two-Hand Weapon perk tree, but I'm thinking maybe somewhere around 85-100 so that it shows you actually earned it. 100 is already taken, of course, but there is a gap between 70 to 100, so there are plenty of places to put this. I just think it should be with a higher skill because, obviously, you wouldn't be able to hold two large weapons, one in each hand. Also, it's clear that this will call for the modder to change the animation to one-handed swords once this perk is taken on. Anyway, this is just an idea that I'm sure you guys could just spiral off with.

I would put it into both one handed and two handed and then you would need both perks to dual wield two handed weapons. Let me explain:

 

In one handed I would put the perk monkey grip. This allows you to wield a two handed weapon in one hand. But due to the nature of the weapon it is too big to dual wield. In two handed I would put duel wield master. You would need the monkey grip as a prerequisite but this would represent the training to dual wield two handed weapons.

 

That is how I would do it any how.

i was thinking that would be great in skyrim and i was watch ( don't hate on amine ) Sword art online, when kirito uses hes dual wield power, and than it just came to me.
