Well for one thing your load order is way out of wack, your masters should be loading like this

 

skyrim.esm

update.esm

unofficial skyrim Patch

Dawnguard.esm

Unoffical Dawnguard Patch

Dragonborn.esm

Unoffical Dragonborn Patch

 

also you are usingf the highrestexture packs 1, 2 and 3, you should have the unoffical highres patch after them.

 

SoundsOfSkyrim needs several patches to play well with some of your mods, I suggest you search for them on nexus.

You should be using "Loot" at the very least to get your load order in check.
