Shadow render distance

Hi,
I'm facing a strange issue with shadow render distance.
No matter which setting I change - they are always rendered in close distance.

So far I've tried:
* changing ShadowBoost settings
* removing ShadowBoost
* changing shadow values in INI files (Fallout4.ini, Fallout4Custom.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini)
* recreating Fallot 4 INI files (deleted Fallout4.ini, Fallout4Custom.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini so game created default ones)
And nothing helped - shadows are always rendered at close distance.

any other suggestions are welcome :smile:
