Some of my custom races don't show up

I'm relatively new to Oblivion(especially new to Oblivion on my new Vista machine), and I'm having difficulties getting my custom races to work.

 

Some of them( Ren's Beauty Pack, Mystic Elves, and Wolven) work perfectly, whereas others(Cute Elves, Tabaxi, andCoreans) do not show up in the race selection menu whatsoever.

 

I've performed multiple uninstalls and reinstalls.

I've tried each mod individually and in tandem, but to no avail.
