ProjectVRD
Does anyone know how to regress Skyrim without having to delete and reinstall it via Steam? I had that unannounced update today and SKSE is now broken. Edited January 30, 2012 by ProjectVRD
InAComaDial999
You can regress to 1.3.10 by changing your Steam settings to opt out of the Skyrim beta. Steam will then download 1.3.10 and revert it for you. I've done this a couple of times when doing comparison tests, it is painless. However, there is no way to revert from 1.4.21 to 1.4.20. You can only go between the latest stable release and the latest beta.
ProjectVRD
Oh well, guess I will make do with the usual Skyrim launcher for a few days then. Cheers anyway. :)
ProjectVRD
I know this is a double post but I thought I should let some of you know... this new update via Steam that came out yesterday? I didn't get one crash and I still had some mods that don't use SKSE running, I played through about 7 hours and I had the graphical level at rediculous. I even went as far as seeing 7 cells stable.... so went back for a laugh to see what the 11 cell call would be like. Call Buffer=144 didn't crash to desktop and I had that particular .ini change running for about four of the seven hours of playthrough. I also had graphical mods on top of that setting to try and push it. I think they may have done a good job with the latest update. Crossfire still flickers though  Edited January 31, 2012 by ProjectVRD
