Kirovski
Would anyone be willing to make a standalone amulet of kings for skyrim?
G33k3dGam3r
It would be cool to have a amulet of kings thats has a crack in the stone, so it would fit in with the oblivion lore
Jerry60k
This sounds like a good idea. Maybe a new Deadric quest where as you are transported into Oblivion to battle Dremora and other creatures to regain the Amulet. I feel there just wasnt enough of that fantasy (evil) stuff in Skyrim. TheDarkPrince
I agree with muloc99, t'was destroyed NOT cracked. It faded in the oblivion void, that's lore.
modder3434
so, it faded the lore never said where it went.... so it could have been sent to a different plane perhaps a plane of one of the aedra? an you do a quest and presto! you have gained the amulent of kings! and it doesn't upset the people who live and die by the elder scrolls wiki ( not saying i don't like lore, but at the point it causes you to be fanatical about it is when you need to take a chill pill) :D
ATRIXIA
could be cool, been missing it myself, and perhabs it was destroyed but i wonder if akatosh couldn't mix up a new one, or perhabs hes got it around his neck atm Edited February 1, 2012 by ATRIXIA
Matth85
not saying i don't like lore, but at the point it causes you to be fanatical about it is when you need to take a chill pillYou play a game based off the lore, you should be fanatic about it. It's what makes Tamriel, well, Tamriel. It's what makes Skyrim, Skyrim. If lore says it's destroyed, you could always try to dance around it somehow. However, going all "OMGWTFLOL WE GOT MAGIC N STUFF N ITZ NOT SPCIFIED SO I DECIDE ITZ LIEK DIS!!". -- Not stating you react that way, but a few people do. Though I see no problems with the idea of "recreating" the amulet from a( or multiple) dadreic planes. It's a piece of junk anyways, and wouldn't do anybody good. It looks decent though, and is a nice way to hit the Planes again.Anyways, that is a lot of work to pull off. Making the planes of Oblivion from scratch isn't as easy as you'd think. At least when you'd want some decent level design in it -- something that was missing in the previous TES game.
