manbullcultist
Alright, so, I am working on a rather ambitious follower mod that I can't divulge a lot of information on, but all that you need to know is that creating it requires me to make a creature race into a more humanoid race. Seeing as this was a creature race I followed this well-known mod author's tutorial (skip to 11:00 minute mark) and when I got around to working on the Dismissal dialogue for my creature's custom race I had this very common issue pop-up. That being, my Creation Kit is unable to find the TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg. Thus far, extracting the files as instructed hasn't fixed the issue and so long as I have this error I'm unable to make any progress on my first mod. Deleted3897072User
The Wiki is referring to the Oldrim file structure. In SSE, source files go into data\source\scripts, not data\scripts\source. Move the flags file into the same place.

Deleted3897072User
No, that's about the only thing that's changed. The Papyrus language itself is identical. A knock-on effect is that if you build an archive in the SSE CK, it won't automatically include .src files whereas the Oldrim CK did. That's because even the CK doesn't realise they've moved.
