Add More Random Encounters

So I read from UESP that actually Skyrim have many random events scripted to greet us players while enjoying a walk from a city to another city. This random encounters generate not only creatures to fight, but actual random events. Something like "Farmer takes a cow to be sacrificed for giants," or "A skooma dealer who will offer to sell some skooma."

Looking from the lists, the random encounters seem to be varied enough.

The problem is it seems we don't get enough random encounters from those list. I myself only experience about less than half random encounters from the list.

So, I think if the probability to meet random encounters could be added, that would be great. I've seen a mod which attempts to double the spawn for creatures (the popular Wars in Skyrim), so why not double the probability for random encounters too?

Even further, it would be great if we could create new variation of random encounters. A travelling merchant, carrying stuff with his caravan and selling stuff, maybe? Or a horse chase between Imperial soldiers and their fugitives? Or a bandit raiding a traveller, but we could choose whether to help the traveler or help the bandit? Or... anything else.

I suppose this could really spice up the life in Skyrim (since it's a bit empty). And instead of simply adding enemies to fight, this mod could add more interactions in the land of Skyrim. Don't get me wrong, I love Wars in Skyrim (and having more enemies to fight), but it would be more interesting if it's not just about enemies. :)

Wars of Skyrim actually adds random spawns.Since I started using it,bandits, thugs, thieves and even Dremora started to ambush me while I'm travelling. :P I'm not really sure if it's Wars in Skyrim's doing, but i'd greatly appreciate a mod like this.

It IS WiS mod.

I love that mod. There are versions of it that spawns enemies on pretty high probability and it might feel too much, but other vetsions of it keep the spawning more immersion friendly.

About the OP idea- its a great one. I have no clue what kind of random events i missed but certain thing are perfectly fine to happen a few times.
