Question to hoods

I saw many mods using hoods for dragon age morphs and presets.

for example.

I don't know where to get these hoods I just found

where you can get 2 hoods but I don't know how to change the colors of them.

Is there a way to load a hood into the toolset and change it's color and make a morph including the hood?

Some of the items like the leather straps in the face of alma or the silk hood for hel I haven't found at all.

Can someone tell me where to get them or at least tell me how I change the color for the hoods from kirkwall export mods?
