Kolagon Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 (edited) This probably sounds really stupid, but could someone make it to where the quests are available in a time frame or amount of time you need to wait before you can do it? That way, instead of the the world waiting for you to activate/accept the quest, you wait for it world tell you when it can be activated/accepted.
