Game is crashing at certain points help please!

I while ago I modded the crap out of my SSE and it was causing issues so I decided to wipe all mods and reinstall SSE. This time I took my time installing and I tried to look up each one to ensure all were compatible but when I started it up, I got a crash almost immediately. Using Alternate start I seem to be able to stay in the cell as long as I need but I tried a few exits and most crash on loading screen, one crashing 30 secs after landing in the Imperial soldier start. I have run LOOT but I am unsure if it is my load order still. If anyone could identify and conflicts or load order problems I would greatly appreciate it! I just got a 980ti and a i5 6600k and I am desperate to try out my new hardware on this!

Have you tried auto-sorting your order with LOOT?

 

Check if it displays any errors or dirty edits.

I have used LOOT but I also know it does not always do a 100% job. I'll try that mod clean up but I am using a clean save so it shouldn't be that big of an issue.

Hilarious how every single SE crash thread is dead, seems to me like basically you're better off with Odrim atm, I am crashing as well, and i have only 25 mods installed, with cleaned masteries using SSE, DLL, and BethINI.
