Which Itemlootfix should I use for an OOO+MMM game?

For WAC, which item loot fix should I use? ItemLootFix for OOO or Item Loot Fix for MMM or FCOM?

 

I also use MOO and the OOO Extended mods as well.

 

Specifically I want the game to revolve around an OOO+Maskar core, with MMM and Waalx as resources.
