Brand New to Modding

Hello All,

 

Not right away, but I do plan on getting into making mods for Fallout 4. However, I have never attempted anything similar.

 

If someone would provide a great tutorial, links, great vids, and the like I would appreciate it.

 

Only recently have I really experimented with various mods already available for activation.

I'm leaning more towards settlement topics, but I just would like to start somewhere small and learn the mechanics, scripting, etc. behind development.
