Looking for a mod that can remove all loot and interactive loot from buildings and enemies, including containers, the idea is that the only way to get to be able to acquire certain items is from vendors, boss chests, and fauna around the commonwealth. forcing the player to earn more caps and do more radiant quests. If possible make amours and weapons unabled to be picked up except unique weapons and mini quest weapons, and mods are only located at vendors, making the value of the weapons you carry less replaceable. The idea is to keep fighting and exploring faster paced while still spending enough time in the game for it to be short lived, and settlement upgrading more meaningful instead of having tons of scrap easily obtainable. Visiting vendors will be a lifesaver for ingredients and mods for weapons and armor

You would have to remove the leveled lists not related to bosses or vendors (pretty much every one). Which would certainly break many other mods that use vanilla leveled lists
