fefnir3284
I got alot of mods, but none that affect any of the quests, just ones like, more people in cities, cats in cities, new armors, new weapons, people on the roads, more maids, etc And this is where I need help. I got more maids mod and I want to put exnems silver armor on Lena the maid of Cheydinhal. I actually did this just to see if I could (I killed her, stripped her <she was naked>, then i put the armor on her <hands were 0 duribility left, my strike destroyed then when I killed the NPC goddess and I didnt have a hammer at the time>, then I used the ~ click and resurrect 1 command, and when she stood up she equipped it all. Now here is the problem, I saved that to remind me to do it after i finish the quest I was on, so I finished the quest and went there, and killed her, put the stuff on her, and ressed her but now she just walks around naked with the gear in her inventory. How do I get her to equip the gear? Since then I removed all armors equippable (and reenabled it), removed platinum armor, removed one other gear mod, and added necro shop mod. So what happened and why cant I get her to equip the stuff? The old file just up just fine without any "this save file relies on items no longer in the game" messages, and she keeps the stuff equiped, so i am all confused... bben46
Sounds like a lot of trouble just to get an NPC to wear what you want them to. I use Companion Share and Recruit. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3066 This allows you to give and take items from any NPC you have recruited. If you use custom armor or clothing, be sure to take away their original gear or they won't wear the new stuff. Also, any unnamed NPCs , such as city guards will re spawn in a few days and will lose all of the new stuff. Named NPCs do not re spawn so there is no problem. I also found this one Muffin Share http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7119 that allows sharing inventory without recruiting them.
