Triforce1
Since the third room is a cistern, you could fill it with water and make like an underground swamp garden. You could make a boardwalk over it and put tame slaughterfish in it. But there needs to be lots of plants, and you could put in a fake hole in the ceiling so that "sunlight" appears to be coming in. Circuitous
The cistern is already full of friendly slaughterfish, no issue there. A bridge would be cool. I'm wondering what sort of plants to put in... nothing fits directly, so I'm stuck with either adding dirt/soil/planters and loading it up, or... well, I don't really know what the other option is yet. I'm thinking some sort of scripted feeding station but do I really wanna put that much work into a house? Are you making a house for the champion of Cyrodiil? He/She could be a Vampire, but would be ric enough to afford rebuidling a Cave somewhere...The Smell in a Sewer is irritating at least. How Vampires, who supposely have enhanced Senses can stand this is beyond me. If i was a Vampire, i would revamp a Cave. Wont smell so badly :D I would force some poor Mages to build a secret Portal to the Waterfront district (before i suck his Blood) so i may drain Puny Ancus a bit whenever i see fit :D Well, since this "sewer" never had any actual sewage running through it, it doesn't stink. It's just made up of sewer... well, materials. I guess. I dunno that a Champion of Cyrodiil would want this house - if he/she doesn't, there are dozens upon dozens of more... elaborate house mods they could use. If they like the relative quiet of ... uh ... sleeping underneath busy city streets ... well, they're more than welcome to use mine. I certainly won't stop them. Maybe they like their privacy. This one won't have a teleport to the Waterfront District, but it does have a teleport spell that takes you to the house. So that's nice. If you're into that sort of thing. Which I happen to be. Anyway! Everything is fine and dandy except the slaughterfish pool, which I just don't know what to do with. I added another room to serve as the bedroom, because using the cistern as a bedroom proved RIDICULOUS upon seeing the scale. I set a bed down there, and it's like JEEZ WHAT DO I FILL THE REST OF IT WITH and yes I actually said that aloud in all caps because frankly it deserved it. There was just too much goldarn space. So now it's... full of water. Clean water! With Slaughterfishies. Skooma'd-up Slaughterfishies. Oh Lord what have I done. ANYWAY I really wanna finish this up so that y'all can give it a look-see and tell me whatcha think of it, but... man, the cistern! Aaaaghhh. Triforce1
Just make it like all of those ingrdient gardens there are in Frostcrag or Vile Lair. It doesn't have to fit in as long as the ingredients are useful and the setup is conceivable. You could have "floating" planters...
Circuitous
Yeah but ingredient gardens are teh laem. Everyone and their granny has made a house with an ingredient garden - granted not all of these ingredient gardens surrounded a pool of lovable slaughterfish pets but the fact remains that ingredient gardens have been done to death. I'd like to avoid doing an ingredient garden if at all poss-- okay I just had a great idea. PROBLEM PROBABLY SOLVED.

Triforce1
Spectacular! But a below ground cesspool as a swimming pool is certainly an - interesting idea for a cistern. To each his own...
Kresselack
Personally I think the upper class furniture is a little dramatic for a sewer home. Seems too much like a vampire hideout or another thieve's guild. Middle class with a bit of lower class furnishings make it look like the person is an evil villain who is making the best with what he or she has. Some crates stacked in a corner can make it look like the person hordes a lot of posessions. Im not saying make the house made for someone who is poor, but more like a lair. Did you read Caefendil's letter? You didn't, did you? You should read it. It's on the desk. Anyway it explains the niceness of the furniture and such. Does it need to be so nice? Not by any means. I might still release a version with no furniture, for people who have furniture mods and want to add their own stuff to it - perhaps that will be more up your alley?
